Pitch is working alongside a fantastic marketing agency who are looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to join their growing team of expert digital talent. They are a full-service digital agency that specialises in delivering results, utilising HubSpot and providing strategic solutions. Progressive, dynamic and growing!
This role will be working across a range of core accounts for the agency and you will be able to fully immerse yourself in the marketing campaigns. You will work with a team of project managers, technical leaders, and marketers to deliver high-performing solutions that meet KPIs. You will make sure that briefs from the client are accurately understood, that client records are kept up-to-date and development roadmaps are progressed as per the agreed timelines and within budgets.
Reporting to the Head of Client Services, your day-to-day could look like this:
- Take inquiries and requests from clients and address their needs.
- Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs.
- Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.
As their new Digital Account Manager, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience of working in a similar role, delivering digital campaigns across SEO, performance marketing and social channels and email marketing solutions.
- Excellent account management and client service ability
- Commercial knowledge and a collaborative approach.
