The Role
As our full-time Account Manager, you’ll work closely with the team and play a crucial role in supporting and leading clients across every stage of their web development & IT projects, nurturing long-term relationships and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: As the primary POC, you’ll build strong relationships with new and existing clients throughout one-off web builds and ongoing services. You’ll understand their needs and context - and work with the dev team to deliver tailored solutions, whilst keeping clients happy and up-to-date.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with our talented team of designers & developers, overseeing multiple projects & budgets and ensuring smooth & timely delivery - whilst ensuring clients are looked after and happy.
- Account Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to add value with relevant services, expand revenue streams and enable business growth.
- Strategic Consulting: Provide strategic guidance to clients, helping them effectively leverage their websites with best practice recommendations & latest industry insights.
- Issue Resolution: Act as a mediator and problem solver for unexpected issues. Proactively address client concerns and ensure swift resolution, maintaining a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction.
Skills Needed
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to understand complex and technical information, and relay it simply and easily to clients and internal teams.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Proven record of maintaining long-term relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiar with web technologies, including Wordpress, e-commerce platforms and CRM tools. Able to grasp technical concepts quickly and translate them into business benefits for clients.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and resolve conflicts quickly & collaboratively.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Account Management Experience: Some experience in account management, preferably in the digital industry. Demonstrated success in managing client relationships, delivering results and driving account growth.

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
