As Digital Analytics Manager, you will:
• Manage all analytics across web channels as well as website performance, identifying problem areas and testing opportunities to improve customer journey and optimisation.
• Transform raw data into actionable intelligence.
• Develop automated reporting suites and eye-catching dashboards.
• Monitor and measure tests (evaluating results) looking at conversion lifts, commercial impact and customer insight.
• Manage Google Analytics for the business, from BAU requirements to long-term strategy and project implementations.
• Plan and implement tracking via Google Tag Manager
To succeed in the Digital Analytics Manager role, you must have a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to evaluate data and draw robust and commercially sound decisions and at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
