DIGITAL AND CRM ANALYST

THE COMPANY
I am working with a global cinema brand name that has recently been going through a whole digital transformation with the aim of using data more effectively.
THE ROLE
- Create self-serving dashboards and provide high-quality actionable insights based off those
- Lead on projects to deliver new analysis, including: capturing requirements, wrangling the data and providing recommendations
- Monitor Google Analytics tracking across all levels of the organisation, specifically developing tagging requirements with the Digital Product and Content teams
- Work closely with the Digital and Membership teams to drive A/B tests that will deliver fundamental improvements to the overall customer journey
- Feed into overall strategy from DIGITAL AND CRM analytics perspective
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong experience in Google Analytics, specifically in website tracking
- SQL/Python skills are desirable
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable handling large CRM databases
- Digital/CRM background
- Language skills would be a bonus (particularly Portuguese or Spanish)
