THE COMPANY

I am working with a global cinema brand name that has recently been going through a whole digital transformation with the aim of using data more effectively.

THE ROLE

• Create self-serving dashboards and provide high-quality actionable insights based off those
• Lead on projects to deliver new analysis, including: capturing requirements, wrangling the data and providing recommendations
• Monitor Google Analytics tracking across all levels of the organisation, specifically developing tagging requirements with the Digital Product and Content teams
• Work closely with the Digital and Membership teams to drive A/B tests that will deliver fundamental improvements to the overall customer journey
• Feed into overall strategy from DIGITAL AND CRM analytics perspective

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Strong experience in Google Analytics, specifically in website tracking
• SQL/Python skills are desirable
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable handling large CRM databases
• Digital/CRM background
• Language skills would be a bonus (particularly Portuguese or Spanish)

BENEFITS
