CRM Business Analyst
Lawrence Harvey are currently working with a leading organization within the Charity Sector looking for a CRM Business Analyst on an initial contract.
** 90% remote **
** £400 - £500 P/D **
CRM Business Analyst - Key Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in the UAT and Training stage of the CRM project.
• Implement and refine a CRM training programme, identifying any backfilling and documentation needs, ensuring that staff have the necessary knowledge to use the new system.
• Work closely with the Test Manager and stakeholders/testers in the wider business to execute a robust User Acceptance Testing programme.

CRM Business Analyst - Requirements:

• Working with a variety of stakeholders and third parties in a cross-functional environment, working to project methodologies such as Agile and/or PRINCE2.
• Previous involvement with enterprise-level projects, such as CRM, other ERP or website development.
• Leading or taking part in user acceptance testing programmes, using DevOps methodology or similar.
• Self-starter, able to work autonomously while also being part of a wider team.
• Excellent standard of literacy and numeracy, with good attention to detail.
