SalaryWe are looking for a CRM (Dynamics) Business Analyst for an exciting new opportunity working with a Leading University! Please see role details below: Job Title: CRM (MSDynamics) Business AnalystDuration: 3-6 Months IR35: Outside What you'll be doing As a Business Analyst, you will be reporting into the Head of IT. The successful candidate MUST have a good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics and will be responsible for capturing, understanding and refining business needs for Dynamics 365 and translating them into workable solutions. Duties will include:
- Communicating with internal operational and technology departments
- Using data modelling practices to develop and analyse solution proposals
- Identifying the end-to-end changes required across people, processes & technology
- Managing stakeholders
- Maintaining high quality documentation as well as conducting post go-live evaluations
Higher education experience is not essential but is desirable.
