Working for a well estalished charity to work within the Communications team, where you will create compelling email campaigns and engaging website articles that enrich their members’ experience and promote the benefits of their services to their wider audiences, while also using data-led insights to drive continuous improvement.
You will be someone who is a natural communicator, adaptable, with a talent for writing and a flare for digital creativity. You will understand what good looks like, as well as aspiring to drive continuous improvement in your outputs.
- Plan, build, distribute and monitor email and e-newsletter campaigns to audiences, including members, volunteers, research contributors and members of staff
- Plan and implement a testing plan for managed e-newsletter campaigns to identify improvement opportunities
- Use analytic data to drive continuous improvement, and to produce a monthly report on email performance, to be presented to the Head of Communications and communications team.
- Undertake a review and revamp of the members’ e-newsletter, to make it a more concise and compelling offering for members, with a greater emphasis on thought leadership
- Procure and write news updates and features for website and intranet
- Attend events (online and face to face) to create summary articles, white papers and other thought-leadership content for a variety of audiences
- Review the results of internal communications survey, identifying improvement opportunities and creating plans for delivery
- Creation of graphic elements, at the request of the Communications team and wider business
