This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The successful candidate will be required to work 2-3 days in our Head Office in London and the rest from home.

- Experience of coaching or instructing others
- Experience or willingness to learn Digital Content best practices and SEO
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft OfficesuiteincludingWord,Excel,Outlook andPowerPoint
Duties of this role include:
- To support and manage the timely and optimal deployment of Digital Content to the corporate website CMS. To coach and instruct website users on the correct methods of adding content, content best practices and SEO.
- Too provide insight on Digital Content performance and optimisation.
- Manage the distribution of content across all platform channels, ensuring content is easy to find and meets the needs of a diverse audience
- Lead on and deliver all website CMS training requirements for stakeholders nationally across the company
- Collect, monitor and analyse performance metrics, and make improvements accordingly
- Alongside the Senior Content and SEO manager identify improvements that needs to be made to local hospital pages and instruct and coach the local marketing teams in how to make these improvements
- Provide key campaign performance insight to the consumer marketing teams to ensure a data-driven approach to customer campaigns
