Digital Coordinator Administrator - Merseyside - Part time
Gibbs Hybrid is looking for an enthusiastic Digital Coordinator and Systems Administrator to support the digital team on a Part time basis: 30 hours a week across 4 days. This is an initial 6 months FTC which may extend, based on performance. Mostly onsite work, with occasional remote day. This role combines customer service, data management and general administration. The job will include contributing to the effective and efficient running of the Consumer Centre by arranging appointments, maintaining databases, assisting consumers both in person and over the phone, and working with scientific staff to enable the efficient running of studies.
Essential:
• Coordination of digital systems
• Setting up templates on digital system
• Systems administration
• Making adjustments to database/ maintaining databases
• Previous experience of using customisable software digital IT systems
• Setting up systems
• Good accuracy when inputting data into the systems.
• Ability to engage with managers and visitors onsite
• In person interview onsite in Merseyside required
