About the Role:
As Digital Services Team Lead, you will be responsible for the development of your respective SME area, supporting the overall strategic development of the Global Design Centre of Excellence (CoE), managing and mentoring a team of Designers, thought leadership, client communication and crafting a cohesive Digital Design identity that encompasses web pages, social media, e-shots, interactive assets and video.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Global Design Manager and Marketing Services Director in the overall strategic development of the Global Design CoE; create a design strategy for the Digital Services function and proactively identify opportunities for growth and development of the SME area.
- Proactively improve the SCJP website UI and UX through continual evolution of the CMS modules and design rules.
- Work with the Design Planner to ensure effective resource allocation of digital services tasks, according to business priorities.
- Ensure all Digital Services processes are routinely followed to maximise efficiency; work with the Design Planner to establish service level agreements with the country business units and monitor & report on performance.
- Work with the Design Planner to conduct ongoing data analysis of digital services work, establish team KPIs and develop insights and actions for development.
Experience you’ll bring:
- Experience working as a multi-skilled Designer in an in-house Design Team or agency
- Leadership qualities and experience of people management responsibilities
- Strong understanding of UI and UX principles; proficient knowledge in using in Adobe Creative Suite software, Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop
