As a Hardware Senior Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in our Wireless Internet of Things (W-IoT) Business Unit. Lead a team of digital design engineers, collaborating closely with experts across various disciplines to drive the development of advanced wireless communication solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of digital design engineers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute design strategies.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.

Drive the design process from RTL specification to synthesis, verification, and FPGA implementation.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders and drive decision-making processes.

Demonstrate a proactive and self-motivated approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications and requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital design

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical lead or managerial position.

Proficiency in Verilog and understanding of digital design principles.

Experience in leading and mentoring teams.

Strong grasp of design flows and methodologies.

Familiarity with SOC architecture and FPGA implementation.

Excellent communication skills and fluency in French and English.
