Digital Insight Specialist - Leeds (Hybrid)

My client a real business for the greater good, are looking to add to their efficient and highly functioning team through the acquisition of a new Digital Insights Specialist. This role will see the successful candidate play an important role in understanding company data and how best to utilise it, promoting growth and performance.

This role will be based onsite 3 days per week and offers a competitive salary of up to 45,000!

Responsibilities:

• Optimise website pages
• Analyse customer data and behaviour to identify opportunities to improve the digital experience
• Implement changes to page layouts, content, flows based on test results
• Track and report on key site analytics using Google Analytics and other tools
• Support with paid search, social media, and display advertising campaigns
• Create landing pages and optimise campaign initiatives
• Support to deliver the SEO strategy
• Create and present campaign reports to key stakeholders
• Conduct analysis using the likes of GA4 and produce interactive insights
  

Requirements

• 3+ years Digital Insights or managing digital marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision making
• Hands-on experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics 4
• Genuine interest in AI and other new technologies
• Working knowledge of HTML and ability to implement page changes
• Experience using Hubspot beneficial
