Oakleaf Partnerships are representing an insurance company based in London who are recruiting for a Learning and Development Specialist with a digital lean to join the team in a newly created role.
About the role
The Digital Learning and Development specialist will be responsible for streamlining processes on the LMS Cornerstone and integrating training and Development onto this. The L&D specialist will also have the autonomy to be creative and author e-learning with the use of systems such as articulate.
There will also be facilitation of training and the gravitas to do this. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders within the business to identify learning needs.
Candidate profile/experience
The successful candidate will have great interpersonal skills and the ability to work with several stakeholders. You will have strong IT skills and ideally previous use of the LMS cornerstone and experience administering this. Ability to use an authoring tool such as articulate to creating e-learning would also be highly valued.
