Digital Marketer / Social & Digital Engagement Officer

As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to build brand presence and increase follower engagement
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Monitor website analytics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
- Write compelling copy for digital ads, landing pages, blog posts, and other marketing materials
- Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media management, SEO, and project management
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Proficient in using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
