Digital Marketeer

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, able to work well under pressure and use their own initiative whilst bringing new ideas, concepts and technologies to our digital marketing strategy.
The chosen applicant will be responsible for the development of the company digital marketing efforts, including campaign planning, strategy, SEO, PPC, social media and copy writing, and should be confident working independently to a high standard with a focus on accuracy, strategy and creativity.
Key to success in this role is being a strong writer, a good thinker with plenty of common sense and creative input, as well as having a strong interest in analysis and insight when writing reports and forming strategy.
You will be working on regional digital campaigns and on-going SEO, both paid and organic, as well as national campaigns where required.
You will be involved in the specification of online projects including new client incentives and email marketing strategy, and will have an understanding of using WordPress, Mail Chimp and Campaign monitor (training provided).
A passion for the job is an absolute must, as well as the following:
Minimum 1 years industry experience
Good analytical skills
Content generation / copy writing experience
Marketing insight and background
Experience with digital marketing
Understanding of Google Analytics
Previous use of Google Adwords & Facebook Advertising (basic understanding acceptable)
Insight into SEO techniques and best practices
