Our people
We have a passionate team of registered, highly qualified and experienced therapists
working within multiple education settings whilst also offering private client sessions in-
person and online. They are supported by our equally passionate, friendly and dedicated
operations, IT/business systems and marketing team, based at Leeds HQ.
About the role
Due to the ongoing growth of the company, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented
proven marketer to join our growing, dynamic marketing team. We are looking for a talented
individual with a passion for digital marketing and WP web development to enhance our
campaigns, brand awareness and market presence. We have recently launched our new
innovative on-demand training platform (Memberpress Learning Management System) of
which the content development and coordinating would also be a responsibility. Experience
of marketing to the education/healthcare sector is highly desirable, however not essential if
you are someone who adapts quickly to new sectors. We would also require you to utilise
various marketing techniques to support internal communication within the business.
Key responsibilities include:-
● Digital marketing for multi-project campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive
lead generation/direct sales enquiries.
● Support snr marketing exec to deliver the on-demand training video schedule - This
would include pre & post video production responsibilities - solid experience in editing
would be very advantageous.
● Coordinate and develop our learning management system (Memberpress) to deliver
on-demand training to both individuals and schools.
● Maintenance, development of our website(s) - Comfortable working solely in
WordPress, developing content, functionality, design and SEO. Ensure content aligns
with our values, enhances on-site customer journey and showcases our
services/products. We also want our websites to strengthen/support our
eCampaigns, exhibitions/events and social platform campaign messages.
● Undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
Reports to: Marketing Director
Qualifications & requirements:
● Marketing degree, HNC/HND or similar relevant education
● Minimum 1-2 years relevant & proven B2B commercial marketing experience
● Experience of marketing/design platforms & software - Brevo, Canva, Capcut or
similar.
● Knowledge & experience of creating content for social media platforms
● Experience/understanding of pre and post production of videos (to create training
content and social media campaigns) with a focus on editing.
● Understanding of Learning Management Software (Memberpress or similar)
● Web development development/maintenance (HTML5, CSS, Javascript etc) with
onsite and offsite SEO understanding/experience.
● Solid experience and understanding of Adobe suite including Premier Pro
● Proficient user of MS office and/or GSuite
● Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to
detail and meeting deadlines
● Ability to research and create engaging marketing material
● Excellent organisational and time management skills
● Experience marketing to the Educational/Health sector would be advantageous.
