Digital Marketing Account Manager

We are working with a remote first Marketing Agency who are looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager to join their team.

An award-winning, remote first marketing agency with a multi-million pound turnover, their offices are in Cheshire, and they’re known for delivering great work across online and offline channels. Specialising in the Financial Services and Fintech sectors, they’re also HubSpot Platinum partners. Culture and values are really important to them, they trust everyone to get the job done, as such everyone can set their own working hours around any core meetings. You can work fully remotely but must be Northern based to work from one of their Manchester or Cheshire offices approximately twice a month and for attending occasional meetings

The Role

You’ll be working across a number of retained and project based clients, delivering a broad range of integrated Digital Marketing campaigns. Key focus on client relationships, campaign delivery and client satisfaction. You’ll report to and be supported by an Account Director and work alongside other AM’s and PM’s, as well as specialist Digital Marketers.

You

They’re looking for someone with previous agency experience and a strong handle on delivering campaigns across Digital Marketing channels – website, PPC, Paid Social and Email in particular, while experience of working with Hubspot/CRM systems is desirable. You should have excellent communication skills and attention to detail in order to be able to confidently manage multiple campaigns through the agency at once, and take great pride in the work you produce for clients.
