Digital Marketing Account Manager

Key Experience:

  • Client Management: Oversee a portfolio of clients through the customer journey, from onboarding to offboarding, to cultivate enduring and profitable relationships.
  • Client Ambassador: Champion the client within the agency, actively promoting and ensuring the fulfilment of their business objectives.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaboratively work with the Managing Director to devise and enact annual Strategic Account Reviews. Brief teams on account visions, ensuring alignment and commitment.
  • Client Experience: Relentlessly meet key objectives for superior client experience within the assigned portfolio and pioneer process and behavioural adjustments to elevate this experience further.
  • Industry Insight: Maintain a robust knowledge of clients’ industry trends and business challenges, and disseminate this knowledge to internal teams.
  • Brief Ownership: Take charge of client briefs, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
  • Opportunity Identification: Recognise growth opportunities within the portfolio and oversee sales through to delivery to meet existing business targets.
  • Negotiations: Engage in contract and fee negotiations with client stakeholders, backed by the Managing Director.
  • Revenue Generation: Collaborate closely with the digital team to identify revenue opportunities and promote sales within the assigned portfolio.
  • Strategy Development: Work on comprehensive digital strategies and quarterly plans for clients.
  • Team Orchestration: Coordinate specialist digital teams to guarantee exceptional work delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee client-related materials, such as onboarding documents, performance reports, budget reviews and pitch decks, working with teams to ensure delivery at agency standards.
  • Feedback Management: Act as the primary escalation point for client feedback, concerns, or complaints, further escalating to the Managing Director as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive the enhancement of Trident’s client experience and financial success by taking responsibility for specific internal quarterly initiatives.
