As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading our clients' Digital Marketing strategies and campaigns, ensuring they achieve phenomenal results. - Serve as the key liaison between Atomic Digital Marketing and our valued clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding results

- Lead monthly reporting calls
- Onboard new clients
- Review, analyse, and develop strategies around PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, CRO, UX/UI and marketing automations, alongside our respective department heads
Requirements
The successful candidate would have experience in hands-on Digital Marketing work, as well as communicating with clients. While strategy and account management make up the majority of this role, it is essential the candidate has proven experience in at least a few areas of Digital Marketing, i.e. SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, conversion rate optimisation.
Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and create tailored Digital Marketing strategies
- Identify appropriate marketing channels and tactics to achieve desired results
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel Digital Marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
- Monitor and optimise campaigns to ensure maximum performance and return on investment
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and clear communication
- Conduct regular client calls to discuss campaign progress, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth
Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, developers, and copywriters, to create high-quality assets and implement marketing campaigns
- Delegate tasks and provide guidance to team members, ensuring timely project completion and adherence to client requirements
Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools
- Prepare and present regular reports to clients, highlighting campaign successes, areas for improvement, and recommendations for future initiatives
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage marketing budgets for each client, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution
- Continuously optimise campaigns to reduce costs and improve return on investment
Stay Current with Industry Trends:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Digital Marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
- Implement new strategies and tactics as appropriate to maintain a competitive edge for clients
- Contribute to Atomic Digital Marketing's website and social media
Platform Expertise:
- Maintain proficiency in various Digital Marketing platforms, such as WordPress, Shopify, Google Ads, and social media channels
- Leverage platform features and functionalities to enhance campaign performance and client satisfaction
Content Creation & Copywriting:
- Oversee the development of engaging and persuasive marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and ad copy
- Ensure all content is aligned with client brand guidelines and marketing objectives
Quality Assurance & Compliance:
- Monitor all marketing activities for quality, ensuring campaigns are executed according to best practices and industry standards
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as GDPR and advertising guidelines
