Digital Marketing Apprentice
Salary: Minimum apprenticeship wage, salary £10,000 to £12,000 per annum
Location: Farnborough, Hampshire
Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing Apprentice, This will be an excellent opportunity for a college leaver that has a keen interest in Marketing.
Digital Marketing Apprentice will be responsible for:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Creation of metadata (meta titles & descriptions) for pages on client’s websites.
- Uploading of metadata to clients websites via content management systems.
- Updating client information and notes with work completed.
- Publishing content to client websites via content management systems.
- Assisting with the creation of social media posts for clients.
- Learning other tasks within the administration role to ensure cover can be provided when colleagues are on annual leave or away from the business.
- Take responsibility for your own professional development by investing time in learning additional skills, seeking new experiences, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and changes, and improving client relationship skills.
- Understand and apply Total SEO business processes and systems for the role and take an active interest in identifying improvements. This includes building strong working relationships with other teams such as sales and account management.
- Work collaboratively within the administration, copywriting and account management team to encourage a positive, supportive environment where each team member helps others with learning and feedback
- Undertake other activities and tasks as may be required from time to time to promote the interests of the business, its clients and team members
Digital Marketing Apprentice should have / be:
- Confident in communicating by email, telephone and in person
- A strong team player who will instinctively help others achieve their goals
- Strong English writing skills and ability to be creative.
- Strong quality and service ethic with an attention to detail in all aspects of the role
- Ability to think, act and communicate clearly under pressure, including in instances where a client is demanding resolution to an issue
- SEO or more broadly Digital Marketing experience would be beneficial but is not essential
