Description
As a current Digital Marketing team of 10 here at ExtraMile we’re looking to expand our team by the introduction of you an Apprentice. We’re a friendly bunch who are passionate and driven individuals wanting to do the best for our clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Weekly & Monthly reporting for all digital channels
• Supporting team on scoping calls / meetings
• Writing & optimising website metadata
• Creating content briefs
• Uploading content to the clients CMS
• Keyword research
• Creating written & visual content (website, email & social media)
• Taking part in brainstorming team meetings
• Analyse website performance using Google Analytics & other marketing platforms
• Support the optimization of PPC & Social Media campaigns
• Support the team with any ad hoc tasks

Entry requirements

• 5 GCSEs grade A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English and Maths)

Training to be provided
Our Multi-Channel Marketing apprenticeship opens the doors to all areas of marketing for apprentices. From copywriting to web design, our programme allows apprentices to find their niche and kickstart what will hopefully be a bright career in the marketing industry. Ultimately, our Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing apprenticeship brings the best of both worlds. Apprentices will gain various creative and technical skills to implement into the workplace, benefiting their career progression. At the same time, your business will reap the rewards from a fresh face you can mould into the employee you want them to be.
The Multi-Channel Marketing Apprenticeship programme covers:

Key learning outcomes from the Multi-Channel Marketing Apprenticeship include:

• Utilising design software to create high quality media assets
• Mastering technical marketing software including CMS and analytics platforms
• Understanding customer types in detail to maximise marketing ROI
• Effectively interpreting marketing briefs to delight clients
