Digital Marketing Assistant

Digital Marketing Assistant (Full time, permanent, £24,000 to £28,000 depending on experience)

The post holder will work closely with all departments to develop and deliver a Digital Marketing plan that promotes SP Training/System People and its services, at all times, as a high-quality, effective, market and thought-leading organisation displaying our cultural values and business behaviours positively.

This is a hybrid working role with at least 3 days per week based in our offices in Carlisle City Centre or at our Carlisle Airport site.

Job Description

? Develop Digital Marketing plans that promote the scheduled courses, company achievements, cultural values and behaviours.

? Promote equality of opportunity, both in word and action, in line with the Company’s values, policies and procedures,

? Contribute to the strategic development of the company in partnership with other departments by developing a breadth of knowledge of the organisations,

? Liaison with other key members of staff in the continuous development of the organisation,

?To understand the training courses on offer and be able to promote these through digital media,

? Create flyers and e-shots that are accurate, well-designed and able to be used in digital and other marketing activities or as collateral for sales,

Skills

? Strong Adobe Suite and Microsoft skills. Experience with Canva, Hootsuite, Mailchimp and associated social media platforms would be an advantage,

? A hands-on, self-starter with the ability to work under your own initiative in a busy dynamic environment,

? Highly organised and able to manage multiple workflows, prioritising as required to service the business needs,

? A clear communicator who can work collaboratively with multiple departments,

? Creative thinker and idea generator with a keen design eye and attention to detail,

? Confidence in content writing, grammatical skills, good analytical skills with attention to detail,

Experience

? Knowledge of Digital Marketing and best practices.

? Previous marketing experience would be advantageous.
