Get out what you put in

As Marketing Assistant, you will work within our Marketing team to organise our busy and popular calendar of webinars, events, conferences, vodcasts and podcasts. Thousands of parents, carers and professionals access our advice and support each month. You will be required create some of this content, research the events, promote using online platforms and occasionally get the opportunity to host our events too. The role will also involve liaising with event staff and presenters, manage marketing materials for events, gather data and update the CRM database, work on various campaigns and social media projects, plus general admin tasks.

• Exceptional communication and social skills alongside strong organisational skills
• Attention to detail and excellent time management
• Confidence to host webinars and lead on the organisations of podcasts and face to face events
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Managing the initial brief, print timelines and send out of marketing materials
• A team player who understands the whole team responsibilities and your role within that
• A background working with online platforms and understanding what it takes to organise an event would also be beneficial to the role
• A full UK Driver's License
