Digital Marketing Assistant Job Description
Job Purpose
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to work within the Centralised Marketing team in delivering high quality marketing content throughout a number of channels that reflects the brands individually and across the Enigma Group.
The ideal candidate will bring; attention to detail, high-level organisational skills, confidence, excellent communication skills and be a fantastic team player.
Primary Duties
· Manage social media accounts. Create & schedule posts, monitor engagement metrics and respond to comments & messages
· Manage email marketing campaigns. Design and create email templates, manage email databases and tracking metrics (open rates, CT, bounce backs)
· Content creation. Blogs, infographics, social media visuals
· Analysing website traffic. Measuring site performance, creating reports to identify opportunities for optimisation
· Keyword research, competitor analysis, optimising website for search engines
· Digital advertising campaigns. Help with creation, management and optimisation of campaigns across different media platforms
· Assist with market research efforts, analysing industry trends and identifying new opportunities
· Support the coordination of marketing projects, managing timelines and communicating with stakeholders
· Create reports and dashboards to track KPI’s that measure the success of marketing campaigns
· Conduct A/B testing for email campaigns, landing pages and other digital assets to improve performance
· Monitor and respond to online reviews
· Keep updated with the latest Digital Marketing trends and technologies, making recommendations for how they can be incorporated into the marketing strategy
· Assist with event planning and promotion, such as promotional events, webinars, product launches

Ø Software proficiency – Adobe, Canva, Google Analytics
