We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant based at our main office in Burnham On Sea. Overseeing the marketing content and Website of the groups companies, this is a new and exciting role for someone with a passion for the Leisure industry. Working under the direction of our Managing Director and Sales Team, the successful applicant will help to reach the company's marketing goals and objectives.
Digital & Social Marketer:
The role of a digital marketer is to assist in the development, implementation and management of the online marketing strategies using various digital channels and to oversee the group social media channels.
Requirements:
· Previous experience of digital and Social Media content and analytics essential
· Website management
· Adobe Suite Knowledge (preferred)
· Canva
· Video creator software
· Experience with Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms
· Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads
· Experience with general marketing and advertising campaigns
Responsibilities include:
· Provide support to the Sales and Holiday Park teams. .
· Keep the groups websites up to date. With offers, product changes etc.
· Assist with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns as set out by the MD
· Managing our social media accounts, scheduling, creating and posting. (video, posts)
· Engage with and reply to comments.
· Monitor the direct message inboxes.
· Run social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & You tube etc) to enhance audience engagement
· Write and proof-read marketing content for online/social content and campaigns
· Creating and running paid social media campaigns
· Track marketing performance and report data into spreadsheets for all social media platforms. Prepare weekly or monthly reports for management.
· Email marketing creation. Assists in creating promotional materials.
· Creating engaging and relevant content is a key part of Digital Marketing. This includes blog posts, creating videos, designing graphics, and managing social media content.
· Creating email marketing campaigns, ensuing they are engaging and visually pleasing
· Assist with website content and updating with current information.
· Submit ideas for experimental marketing ideas designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand/reach
· Various office/admin tasks to assist sales and warranty teams and to do basic tasks during annual leave and sickness of the team
· Carry out Manufacturer research for content.

· Marketing experience is essential
