Description
We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience while pursuing a degree in Digital Marketing. The successful candidate will work with our marketing team to develop and implement digital strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
As a Digital Marketing Degree Apprentice your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and critically apply marketing concepts, principles, and theories relevant to Digital Marketing strategies.
  • Apply the 4 marketing principles (product, price, place, promotion) and considerations to develop and execute effective business and marketing campaigns.
  • Write and create content for diverse audiences across various online channels, ensuring clear "Call to Actions" and optimised user journeys.
  • Promote and apply content marketing effectively through appropriate media channels, relationship management systems, and communication platforms to maintain brand and cultural awareness.
  • Select appropriate research methodologies, platforms, and technologies to synthesize information and apply insights to the organization's Digital Marketing strategies, drivers, and customer behaviours.
  • Manage, plan, specify, lead, and report on Digital Marketing projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery of objectives.
  • Optimize key channels and content within Digital Marketing plans to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Manage interfaces and the supply network of the organisation and customers by applying appropriate E-commerce strategies and models, considering global engagements when relevant.
  • Apply marketing mix/Digital Marketing mix to meet customer expectations and drive business objectives.
  • Conduct statistical analysis of campaign performance, recognising uncertainties and limitations, and demonstrating ROI in alignment with financial and budgetary requirements.
  • Engage communities through Email Marketing and Social Media to foster positive discussions and interactions.
  • Utilize data-led approaches to analyse marketing information, platforms, and social media to derive actionable insights and optimisation strategies.
  • Contribute to business, planning, and marketing strategies, recognising and responding to opportunities and customer requirements while embracing change.
  • Identify, recognise, and understand internal and external business intelligence and factors that may impact future operations.
  • Interpret, communicate, and brief internal or external stakeholders on digital business requirements effectively.
  • Role is hybrid 2 days office 2 days working from home (WFH) 1 day study
Entry requirements
Minimum of 5 X GCSEs grades 9-4 (A-C) including English and Mathematics. Minimum of level 3 qualification in Marketing or a related subject area is essential (Including design based courses). Experience of working within a Digital Marketing role is desirable.
Training to be provided
Level 6 Digital Marketer(Integrated Degree). Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing. This is a minimum of a 3-year programme On completion the apprentice will be eligible to apply for professional registration as associate grade for the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing. This is a work-based learning programme which will require commitment to block weeks in an online training room once every quarter working towards the qualification along with weekly off-the-job training and monthly coaching sessions.
