Digital Marketing Executive - £22,500k-£28k per annum

We are Mantra Learning, the UK’s leading Logistics learning and development organisation. Mantra has supported the skills needs of the logistics sector for over 54 years and is an Ofsted rated grade 2 independent training provider. The Manchester site is well established as the largest specialist logistics training facility in the UK. 

Our organisation provides training for people at all levels, supporting individuals to gain work to developing senior managers. We also strive to improve learners life prosects by offering programmes such as mental health and wellbeing, digital skills, English and maths.

Through our two key brands of The Job Gym and The National Logistics Academy and utilising several different types of government funding that we have successfully secured, we help thousands of learners each year to gain new skills. This creates a talent pipeline that supports the long-term growth of industry, while also enhancing career prospects and the progression opportunities for our learners.

We work with some of the biggest brands in the country, including Aldi, Wincanton and AO, delivering approximately 400 Apprenticeships, over 2500 Large Goods Vehicle licences and 1,100 Fork Lift Truck licences each year.

The Role

This role is perfect for someone wanting to work in a fast-paced environment and showcase their creative flair. This is a varied role, and every day is different, from writing content such as social media posts and blogs, to delivering effective digital campaigns promoting the products we offer.

We want someone who is not afraid of thinking outside the box and can develop captivating content for social media and other digital platforms, aimed at a variety of target audiences.

Your duties will include but will not be limited to:

• Running paid and organic social media campaigns
• Creating and managing effective Email marketing campaigns
• Capturing and celebrating learner success
• Writing and publishing content for our websites
• Researching and analysing trends

Required Experience

• Strong digital, spoken and written communication skills
• Copywriting experience
• Social media paid/organic campaign management (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin)
• Social media content creation
• Adobe suite package skills (Indesign, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects)
• Video production and editing skills
• Microsoft suite package skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc)
• Experience using Mailchimp (desired not essential)

The package

• £22,500 – £28,000 per annum
• 22 days per annum plus 8 bank holidays
