Purpose of the Role:The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for the planning and delivery of the Digital Marketing activities for the global business.
As our Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital presence and engagement strategies. Working closely with the marketing team, you will execute campaigns, analyse data, and optimise digital channels to enhance brand visibility and drive conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy and Execution:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement digital strategies and campaigns.
- Provide recommendations across various digital channels to maximize brand visibility and revenue generation.
- Analyse and report on marketing activities to gauge effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Social Media Management:
- Work with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement Social Media Strategies across all brand channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn.
- Generate dynamic content with the teams and post regularly to all channels.
- Stay abreast of Social Media Trends to ensure timely and relevant content.
- Manage social ad campaigns strategically to drive conversions and ROI.
- Create monthly reports highlighting strategic successes and offering recommendations for improvement.
Website Management and Optimisation:
- Oversee day-to-day website management activities to maximise conversion points and enhance user experience.
- Continuously monitor website performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
SEO Management and Content Creation:
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Ensure Google Business listings are up to date and optimised.
Paid Advertisements and PPC Campaigns:
- Research, set up, and manage PPC campaigns to maximise conversions and ROI.
Email Marketing Management:
- Oversee the email marketing platform, supporting the development of email strategies and increasing engagement.
- Reporting: Analyse and report on marketing activities to gauge effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Assist the department with ad hoc needs as required.
Skills and Abilities
Track record of successfully delivering Digital Marketing activities
Comfortable and confident presenting in front of a group / online
Creative with experience in transforming brief & concepts into assets and materials
Organised and deadline-oriented with an ability to manage small-scale projects
Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and flexibility in a
fast-paced environment
Proficient in using Microsoft Office, GA4 and Mailchimp or similar
Experience or related desire to work with a luxury brand and clients
Qualifications and Experience
- 2+ years Digital Marketing experience required
- Bachelors Degree Marketing/Communications focus is preferred
