The role:
The role works across HBXL Group brands including HBXL Building Software and Service brands and is responsible for executing our marketing communications strategy as well as branding activity.
This is a really exciting opportunity for someone who is comfortable working in a small, dynamic marketing team, where you are hands-on, managing multiple marketing activities across a range of channels.
You will be an integral part of the marketing team, where you will have plenty of opportunity to work on, develop and influence HBXL’s marketing campaigns.
You will help implement the marketing plan and tactics to drive the business forward and produce quantifiable results, by executing marketing campaigns from inception to completion. This could be either internally or with external agencies and under the direction of the Director of Marketing and the Head of Content.
You will also assist the Director of Marketing in the development of the overall marketing strategy.

You would be responsible for:
- Creating and publishing organic posts for our various social media pages
- Email writing, scheduling and coordination
- Working closely with the Director of Marketing and external agency to develop and monitor Google AdWords / Bing campaigns
- Video development including; explainers, product demos and video case studies
- Writing web content, as well as managing and maintaining multiple company websites
- Assist the business with events management as required
- Support campaign analysis to monitor effectiveness and provide MI (leads / brand engagement/conversions) and help develop reports to both the marketing team and wider business units.
- Meet weekly with the marketing team and wider business to report on marketing activity and successes
- Liaise with external agencies as required
- With the Director of Marketing identify marketing opportunities by identifying customer requirements; defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses
- Work on and deliver other adhoc projects including but limited to; website development, podcast growth and referral schemes
- Stay on top of emerging digital tools and platforms, Digital Marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
Your skills & experience:
- We are looking for someone enthusiastic, self-motivated, organised and excited to work in a diverse marketing role
- Degree or equivalent in marketing
- Hands-on experience using various digital platforms
- Excellent copy writing and design skills for content development and curation
- Experience of using WordPress or similar CMS
- Image and video editing skills
- Video creation - whether that’s phone or camera
- Analytics e.g. Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Salesforce
- PPC experience (preferred)
- SEO/Website optimisation experience
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written with all levels of Senior Management
- Project and time management skills
- Flexibility to meet operational needs
- Keen attention to detail
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office essential

Full time Monday to Friday, 9.00AM - 5.00PM
30 mins for lunch

Salary:
£25,000
Holiday:
The holiday year runs 1st January - 31st December. Allowance in this role is 20 days + 8 Bank and Public Holidays.
We may also provide at our discretion paid leave over the Christmas & New Year period when the office is closed and you may be required to take some of your entitlement at this time.
