WORKING HOURS: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 45-minute paid lunch breaks

Standard working hours: Mon-Fri, 08.45am- 16.45pm, (16.00 finish on a Friday)

Vacancy - Internal Sales Executive

ESS Employment Ltd are looking to employ a Inside Sales Team Leader to work with an established client. This is a new and exciting role to business due to reflective and planned future growth. This role would suit a highly motivated energetic person with a positive outlook, who is task focused with great attention to detail and an excellent communicator. We are looking for a confident team player who can work on their own initiative as well as covering the day-to-day requirements of a fast-paced environment, who has experience with delivering a high standard of customer service.

Duties for the role:

• Manage the Internal Sales process by liaising with customers and internal stakeholders
• Facilitate the efficient and timely processing of sales orders
• Deliver a high level of customer service, to include pro-active communication
• Lead the Inside Sales Team
• Maintenance of accurate data entry within SAP

The successful candidate:

• Previous experience working in a customer service role within a manufacturing business

would be beneficial

• Competent in using Microsoft Office and Outlook, including Word and Excel
• Previous experience of using SAP would be of benefit, however full training can be provided
• Previous experience of Managing a team would be beneficial or full training can be given.
• GCSE or equivalent at Grade B or above in Maths and English / Maths and English language

are required (written and verbal)

• Excellent time management skills with a flexible approach to work
• Full Clean Driving Licence
