Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive Digital Marketing strategies aligned with the firm's goals.
Content Creation and Management:
- Develop engaging and informative content for the firm's website, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure that all online content is optimized for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and oversee the firm's social media accounts, creating and curating content to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, respond to comments, and actively engage with the online community.
Email Marketing:
- Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, build client relationships, and promote firm events and services.
Website Optimization:
- Work closely with the web development team to ensure the firm's website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of Digital Marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports on key performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
Online Advertising:
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads, to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, preferably within the legal industry.
