We are looking for a Digital Marketing professional who is dependable, innovative, positive & and courageous to join our in-house marketing team.
About the role.
The successful professional will work closely with market unit marketing/brand teams to ensure all consumer-facing touchpoints are correct and of a high standard. They will also ensure all marketing activities are of the highest quality to enable both brand and sales growth.

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30
Holidays: 25 days + Bank Holidays
Location: Home Based around Leeds, Manchester & Liverpool
Responsibilities:- General Support across Digital Marketing and brand teams including community management and uploading imagery.
- Technology: Stay up to date with the latest technology, Digital Marketing best practices and trends.
- Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities. E.g. overseeing and managing data and approving invoices.
- Email – Work across the campaign and automated workflow send to make sure they run smoothly.
- Paid Social – Drive brand awareness of products within key retailers, including Tesco, Asda and Morrisons.
- Data Analysis and Reporting across key channels – Email and paid Social.
- Updating databases, spreadsheets, and inventory lists which are used for building email databases and running competitions.
- Copywriting.
- Provide weekly performance marketing reports to Digital Marketing Manager.
- Ensure all social media-community management queries are responded to.
- Being a key contact with external marketing agencies and brand partners.
Essential
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (Klaviyo, Facebook meta, Shopify), e.g., Microsoft Excel
- In-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing techniques, channels, and best practices. Emphasis on: Email & Paid Social channels.
- Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
- Good time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of online office management e.g. Project and Time Management
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a brand's success
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Team player
Desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Knowledge of CRM Tools, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, Affiliate Marketing and Online Analytics.
- Familiarity with web design
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
