Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team.
- Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Manage and follow up on action items from meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Manage confidential information with discretion.
- Handle queries and requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with special projects as required.
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- Experience working as an Executive or Personal Assistant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Job Offer
