Description
- Manage the Director's diary and coordinate meetings
- Prepare documents and reports for meetings
- Handle incoming communications and respond accordingly
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the Director
- Maintain an efficient filing system and database
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and briefings
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- Relevant education and training in business administration
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- The ability to multitask and prioritise workload
