Digital Marketing Manager

Gleeson Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with a well-known fashion retailer based in Leamington Spa to recruit for a Digital Marketing Manager with a Paid Media specialist on a permanent, full time basis.

Job title: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Leamington Spa

Salary: 35,000- 45,000

Start date: June - August 2024

Contract: Full time, permanent, hybrid in office 2 days a week

The role:

You will be working with a fast paced ecommerce and instore retailer to drive traffic to their sites. You will work across multiple digital channels but with a large focus on acquisition as well activity to engage and retain current customers. We are looking for a Digital Marketing specialist with strong paid media expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Digital Marketing campaigns across various channels to drive acquisition and retention of customers
• Deliver campaigns across multiple performance marketing channels including but not limited to paid media, paid social and PPC
• Implement marketing campaigns that will maximise traffic and conversion
• Work collaboratively and manage Digital Marketing agencies
• Work with internal teams and data agency to interpret consumer data
• Enhance digital performance through analytics and data and refine activity to drive optimum performance
• Report on performance weekly and monthly
• Work with internal teams such as Brand and Design to deliver creative Digital Marketing campaigns
• Ensure Digital Marketing campaigns are in line with current trends and seasons
• Build brand presence through Digital Marketing campaigns

Candidate Criteria:

• Previous experience in a performance marketing driven Digital Marketing role
• Commercially driven with proven track record of success within a FMCG / retail business
• Strong knowledge and experience within paid digital media
• Experience managing digital agencies
• Strong communicator and stakeholder management
• Have a passion for the brand
