If you are you an experienced and strategic-minded marketing professional with a passion for Digital Marketing, then we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a team as a Marketing Manager based in Lincolnshire.

As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts and drive strategic initiatives to elevate their brand presence and reach new audiences.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for growth and lead strategic initiatives to enhance brand awareness and market share.
- Utilise your expertise in Digital Marketing, including SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), PPC (Pay-Per-Click), and paid advertising, to drive targeted traffic and maximise online visibility.
- Develop and execute Digital Marketing campaigns to effectively reach our target audience and drive conversion.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture focused on achieving results.
- Oversee brand positioning and messaging across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values. Implement brand guidelines and standards to maintain a strong and cohesive brand identity.
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns from concept development to execution and evaluation. Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and optimise strategies for maximum impact and ROI.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Utilise data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, with a focus on Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, PPC, and paid advertising platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that drive business results.
