Are you a Digital Marketing Manager looking for a new challenge? You will ideally have experience of managing people as this role will include 2 direct reports, plus you will need to have good digital experience. This is a full-time permanent position paying £35,000 - £40,000, working 37.5 hours a week - 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday. This is also a hybrid working opportunity with 2 days working at home and 3 in the office, WFH days will be flexible to ensure the team are in for meetings when required. You will be responsible for: Managing the Digital Marketing strategy, working with the Marketing Manager and external agencies Implementing, optimising and tracking campaigns across all digital platforms, working in alignment with the wider marketing plan Keeping up to date with plans and ensure they are executed on time and in line with budgets - working with the marketing and e-commerce teams Devise new strategies to unite the online and in-store shopping experience for customers Manage the monthly Digital Marketing budgets according to marketing objectives and ROI targets Nurture customer journey through all touch-points online Overseeing display acquisition and re-marketing campaigns Creation of relevant social media plans Oversee webinars using hosting platforms Research new online media opportunities that could benefit the business including mobile, social media and development of blogs and forums Compile and feedback reports, monitor trends and competitor analysis In addition to the tasks above you will consistently strive to improve the current processes while thinking outside the box for suggestions and management of online platforms. You must have experience of preparing, creating and executing automated email marketing campaigns while also having experience of working with marketing agencies. This role will require a confident individual who is not afraid to push back on something when needed and keep control of branding and messages. You must be a good team player who can motivate the team but also work hard to set boundaries within the team and with agencies.
