My client is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team! They are a group of creatives who put on some of the best music events and festivals in Liverpool and are looking for people with relevant industry experience to come on board.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Strategic Campaign Development: Devise and oversee digital ad campaigns tailored for concerts and festivals, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and budget.
* Digital Advertising Management: Manage paid campaigns across various platforms like META ads and Google Ads, covering strategy, budgeting, ad creation, targeting, optimization, and performance analysis.
* Audience Segmentation and Targeting: Utilize audience insights to target specific demographics and behaviors, maximizing campaign effectiveness.
* Creative Content Collaboration: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
* Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate insightful reports, and offer recommendations for improvement.
* Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital advertising to maintain a competitive edge.
* Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field; additional Digital Marketing certifications are beneficial.
* Experience within the events/ festival / music industry is essential.
* Proficiency in digital advertising platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager; familiarity with ad tech, analytics, and SEO/SEM is a plus.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
* Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written.
