Role Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager plays an important role in managing and optimising our website, social media channels and advertising campaigns. The Digital Marketing specialist will deliver digital campaigns and optimise to drive engagement. The ideal candidate can interpret data, explain it to those less familiar, and make and implement recommendations.
Business Function
Marketing supports the lead generation, relationship nurture, employee communication, brand and external relations of Lenvi. Success is delivered through measurable (marketing qualified leads) support and growth of brand awareness, new clients, and relationship loyalty. We deliver industry events, marketing campaigns, media relations, product launches, collateral, and brand ambassadorship through consistent, timely communications for employees, clients, prospects and shareholders. We utilize digital platforms, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Lead Forensics, Salesforce, Hubspot, email service providers, and survey service providers.
What You'll be doing
· Develop strategies to drive online traffic to the Lenvi website and social media platforms.
· Responsible for keeping the website and web content engaging, on-brand and up-to-date.
· Track conversion rates and make recommendations on performance.
· Implement paid search, PPC, and SEO strategies and campaigns.
· Develop and deliver the social media strategy.
· Raise brand awareness and online presence through Digital Marketing projects and campaigns.
· Deliver on-budget digital activities.
· Support email marketing with A/B testing, and list management best practices.
· Support and be a super user of CRM (Salesforce).
· Own and manage Lenvi's Marketing Automation platform (Hubspot).
What we'd like to see from your application
· Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and digital media outlets
· Good knowledge of Content Management Platforms
· Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager competent
· Good knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation.
· Basic design principles
· Explain Google Analytics data metrics to stakeholders" What worked, what didn't, why and what are we changing?
· Track and measure digital data.
· Proofread and edit for clarity.
· Collaborate and communicate effectively with departments and colleagues.
Education
A sufficient combination of work experience, training and/or education which demonstrates possession of and competency in requisite knowledge, skills and abilities such as:
3+ (5?) years of Digital Marketing experience in corporate environment, including social, SEO & SEM.
A Degree or equivalent experience in the field of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar; financial industry experience.
