To support our sustained growth, we are looking for a highly motivated ambitious Digital Marketing Manager to help form our dynamic marketing team.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead in creating, executing and overseeing our Digital Marketing strategies across multiple platforms to enhance brand visibility, engagement and conversions.

This role will be an integral part of the company’s growth and the ideal candidate will need to be, extremely organised, ambitious, have excellent attention to detail and have confident in your own abilities.

What you will be responsible for:

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for Digital Marketing, aiming to boost brand visibility, drive traffic, and increase conversions.

• Have a thorough understanding of all Digital Marketing channels, such as SEO, PPC, CRO, email, social media, display advertising, and content marketing.

• Be able to evaluate key metrics and performance data to refine campaigns and maximize ROI.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and industry best practices.

• Utilise marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign efficiency.

• Manage Digital Marketing budgets effectively, distributing resources to achieve campaign objectives.

• Monitor and report on the performance of Digital Marketing initiatives, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team to ensuring their growth and success through guidance and support.

Qualifications and experience

• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing manager or similar role (minimum 2 years), with a track record of successful Digital Marketing campaigns.

• Demonstrated professional experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a comparable position, showcasing a history of effective Digital Marketing campaigns.

• Clear understanding of Digital Marketing channels, methodologies, and industry standards.

• Competence in utilizing Digital Marketing tools and platforms including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, among others.

• Proficient analytical capabilities, enabling interpretation of data and extraction of actionable conclusions.

• Capacity to oversee multiple projects and tasks concurrently within a dynamic work setting.

• Possession of Digital Marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads certification) is advantageous.
