Hr Assistant - Tupe

Position: HR Administrator - TUPE

Duration: 12 month fixed term contract

Location: Birmingham - Own transport is essential due to location

Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 DOE

Hybrid Working - 3 Days Office, 2 Days Home

** Interviews week commencing 20th May - Must be available to start ASAP **

Purpose of the role:

To provide administrative support and advice to HR and operating teams on TUPE gains and losses. The role supports the management / HR team within the business.

Must have previous experience within a HR function with a broad knowledge of employment law and specific knowledge of legislation covering TUPE is essential.

Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to 9,000 units and 4,500 Management Employees in relation to contract mobilisations and demobilisation's, in line with existing internal procedures
• Ensure that all administrative legal obligations are adhered to and excellent customer service is given
• Communication via email and letter correspondence and via telephone with various levels of management and external parties
• Ensuring all transferring employees are paid correctly and on time
• Use of payroll system to run reports for tenders and due diligence
• Prioritising workload to meet payroll deadlines, TUPE Regulations and achieve SLA's, by planning ahead

• High Level of diligence & attention to detail
• Working within the TUPE function
• Self Starter / Self motivated
• Resilient to changes in a fast past environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Microsoft Office Experience
