£28,000 to £30k+
Based in the Sutton Coldfield area
Days: Monday to Friday
First point of call to employees and managers for all HR Related queries
Duties of a HR Assistant / Associate
* Assisting with implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures, including communicating these to department managers to be rolled out to the whole company
* Maintaining accurate and up to date employee records and files, such as personnel files , ensuring employee documents are always valid and in date.
* Effectively provide general administration tasks on HR software to assist to a smooth running department.
* Providing support to staff on all Human Resource issues as required and encouraging staff well being in all departments to the satisfaction of all employees.
Experience of a HR Assistant / Associate
* Previous HR experience.
* Good administration and communication skills
* Team player
