**Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in various administrative tasks and HR processes. **Duties:** - Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties - Perform data entry and maintain employee records - Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday and Taleo for data management - Provide administrative support to HR managers - Communicate with employees regarding HR policies and procedures - Manage social media platforms for HR recruitment purposes - Assist in applicant tracking system (ATS) management, including Salesforce **Requirements:** - Proven work experience as an HR Assistant or relevant role - Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in data entry and record keeping - Familiarity with HRIS systems like Workday and Taleo - Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes - Understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Salesforce This position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of Human Resources while contributing to the success of our team.
