A successful charity is looking for an accomplished Senior HR Assistant to be based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands, and based in the office 5 days per week.
The successful candidate will be solely responsible for managing all aspects of HR including updating the HRIS (BreatheHR), recruitment (adverts, shortlisting, briefing managers, Right to Work checks....etc.), employee relations (sickness, absence, OU referrals...etc.) as well as providing advice to the management team.
In order to be suitable for this key role you must have experience in an HR Assistant, HR Advisor, Standalone HR Manager, Senior HR Officer or similar HR Generalist role. The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified with strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice, along with experience of reviewing and resolving a wide range of HR cases.
