The primary objective of this role is to strategically expand the base in alignment with the company's sales objectives, leveraging advanced digital strategies for sustained business growth.
The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee all Digital Marketing initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and timely Digital Marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all digital operations across the portfolio of companies, overseeing the gradual transition from the current external Digital Agency.
- Develop and implement optimised content strategies to enhance SEO performance and elevate SERP rankings, encompassing both on-site and off-site optimization tactics.
- Craft diverse, visually captivating content, including blogs, articles, case studies, and website updates using Joomla & WordPress platforms, while actively cultivating our brand identity.
- Lead the management of various social media platforms, curating engaging and compelling content tailored to each channel to drive audience engagement and expand our social media footprint.
- Direct PPC advertising campaigns and other Digital Marketing efforts to maximise ROI in client acquisition and lead generation.
- Generate comprehensive monthly reports, analysing performance metrics and identifying areas for enhancement, utilising tools like Google Analytics and Google Console to track keyword performance and competitor activity.
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to furnish strategic insights and support informed decision-making processes.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Digital Marketing within the UK market.
- Demonstrated expertise in Digital Marketing disciplines, including social media management, email marketing, and SEO.
- Strong analytical acumen with a proficiency in data interpretation to drive strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to autonomously manage multiple projects concurrently while delivering exceptional results.
