As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Marketing & Communications team, including external freelancers and agencies, plus the wider Hospice teams, including Fundraising, Supporter Relations, Retail and the Services teams on producing engaging and accessible digital content and Digital Marketing campaigns.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience creating compelling organic social content, of planning, delivering and optimising paid digital campaigns, and who enjoys working within a fast-paced environment as part of a dynamic marketing team working together towards our Hospice mission.
This role will have the opportunity to create engaging insight-driven content to encourage positive engagement and deliver social media campaigns in support of local people living with palliative and end of life care needs and our many charity supporters who work so hard to help fund our expert care.
You’ll support the development of the SharePoint Intranet, our Website and upskill teams in best practice social media marketing and advising on the latest platform developments that will be advantageous to our team.
About you
You will have experience within a digital, marketing communications role and a proven track record of producing engaging digital content.
You are passionate about creating digital content and bringing this content to life across our digital channels, both owned and paid.
You will have excellent copywriting skills and can form strong relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, working easily and effectively across various teams.
You will be able to interpret and apply analytics and audience insight and be used to working within a fast paced, high-volume environment.
You will be a self-starter, able to work autonomously, highly creative, with the ability to project manage and prioritise.
