The Company:
Nigel Wright has been appointed exclusively, to support a fast growing tech company, with their search for a Digital Marketing Manager.  This will add to the headcount of their existing high quality marketing team and is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop an exciting marketing career with an organisation that services both a UK and international customer base.
This is an exciting opportunity to assist with the marketing plan and help to grow the existing client base and further develop the business.
The client are offering a salary between £40,000-£45,000 dependant on experience.
The Role:
Fantastic opportunity to help with:

• Driving high quality B2B lead generation.
• Experience with and configuration of GA4 to ensure accurate measurement and reporting of website traffic and other key performance metrics.
• Paid search and display ads, ensuring effective targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
• Executing regular targeted email marketing campaigns.
• Writing content for marketing campaigns.
• Operating as a central member of the project team to plan and deliver the Company annual sales conference.
• Driving the Company’s brand profile through managing LinkedIn content.

The Person:
The client is looking for:

• Degree qualified and previous marketing experience essential, proven Digital Marketing experience and someone with a technical mindset.
• Capable of data analysis, number crunching and has proven experience with systems.
• Strong Digital Background with proven experience of Google Ad's, keyword research, SEO and analytics.
• Someone that can handle a fast-paced set up, who is adaptable and able to prioritise effectively.
• Strong communicator that is able to bring self-motivation and the capability to feedback and suggest new ideas.
• Ultimately looking for an extremely keen, driven and hardworking individual that is able to work autonomously.
• Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and bright personality.
