Digital Marketing Manager
£40,000 – £45,000 plus performance-based bonus

Role Outline:
The Digital Marketing Manager assumes a crucial role, responsible for all activity across an ambitious business. The role offers a high degree of autonomy and will require:
- Continuous development of strategies that increase traffic to the company website
- Proactive management of digital assets and agencies, including SEO, PPC, Email Marketing and Website
- Management of digital campaigns that increase awareness and generate sales leads
- Identifying and capitalising on content gaps for the website
- Conceptualise and deliver Email Campaigns to generate new customer opportunities
- Improve the website for usability, content and conversion rates
- Achievement of defined KPIs that are aligned with growth objectives – i.e., leads generated
- Tracking and reporting on marketing performance, while optimising channels for ongoing improvement
- Robust management of a Digital Marketing budget – including forecasting and ROI
- Evaluation of the competitive landscape, market conditions and competitor solutions
- Digital leadership, ensuring the business will capitalise on new and breaking developments in Digital Marketing
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong academic record with 2:1 degree or above
- 3+ years B2B Digital Marketing experience
- Demonstrable experience in Google Ads / Bing, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console
- Google Ads / Analytics certifications are an advantage
- Experience managing PPC, SEO, eCRM and Email Marketing agencies
- Experience managing website projects from concept through to execution
- Thorough understanding of the latest Digital Marketing concepts and best practices
- Must be highly IT literate and analytically minded
- Experience in growing and marketing to a target email database
- Excellent analytical and communication skills (written and verbal)
- The ability to challenge and articulate important concepts and ideas
- Genuinely passionate and enthusiastic about Marketing – wanting to share this with others
- Positive about working in a demanding, fast-paced yet friendly environment
