As part of our dynamic fundraising team, you'll play a key role in developing and delivering digital strategies that make a real difference.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Refine and execute a digital strategy for sustainable growth, donor engagement, and retention.
- Plan and optimize omnichannel digital fundraising campaigns, leveraging SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media.
- Enhance the donor journey through effective investment in CRO/UX.
- Collaborate with the Communications team to create compelling digital content and oversee impactful fundraising emails.
- Monitor, measure, and report digital fundraising performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies.
Experience Required:
- Proven digital fundraising experience with a focus on growth, engagement, and retention.
- Track record of CRO/UX success and securing paid-for digital and social media campaigns.
- Experience with B2B social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
- Experience of developing and implementing Digital Marketing promotions plans, delivering them on time and on budget.
