What you’ll be doing 

• Innovatively use social media for impactful Digital Marketing. 

• Coordinate dynamic online campaigns and engagement activities. 

• Craft engaging content aligned with brand and customer needs. 

• Actively seek opportunities to boost Grand Union's profile. 

• Develop creative ways to engage internal and external audiences digitally. 

• Collaborate with key stakeholders for effective marketing support. 

• Monitor, report, and analyse results for enhanced marketing performance. 

• Maintain quality and relevance on our intranet, customer portal, and websites. 

What we’re looking for 

• Previous work in communications, PR, or marketing in a customer-focused setting. 

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. 

• Multitasking ability under pressure with project management skills. 

• Proficiency in digital and social media with knowledge of relevant tools. 

• High IT literacy, especially using MS Office 365. 

• Qualification in communications, marketing, or public relations OR qualified by experience. 

These will make your application stand out, but they’re not essential… 

• Experience of website management systems 

• Ability to understand the current issues facing Grand Union
